Washington DC Two Hour Segway Tour
There is no better way to visit the nations's capitol, than to cruise the district on a Segway
The Discover DC Segway Tour is ideal for those new to
the city and locals looking to do something different with their
visitors.
This guided tour takes a little over two hours and
gives you the opportunity to see most of the sites for which DC is
renowned.
Riders must be at least 16 years of age and under 260 lbs.
Your guide, while knowledgeable of local history and tourist information, is an experienced Segway trainer that will assist you throughout the tour with your segway riding techniques and teach you Segway safety skills.

Tour Details
DC law requires Segway riders to be at least 16 years of age and sidewalk speed to not exceed 10mph. Your cooperation is appreciated
Routes may vary dependent on participants interests, time available and street openings. Note the National Parks Service has prohibited all Segways from the National Mall area. Violation of this restriction will result in fines and confiscation of the Segway.
Please note Segways are not suitable for persons weighing over 260lbs or pregnant women.
Washington DC Segway Tour - Terms and Conditions:
Notification of Cancellation is required at least 24 hours in advance of your tour. Cancellations received within 24 hours of your tour need to be re-scheduled to avoid a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total charge. Cancellation less than 2 hours prior to tour, no shows or cancellations at the start of/during the safari will be charged the full fee.
Company reserves the right to cancel any tour due to weather or other unforseen circumstances. A full refund will be available if company cancels the tour.
A minimum of two participants is required to conduct a tour.
Company reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who, in the opinion of a company representative, is incapable or unable to safely ride a segway.
Segway riders must weigh less than 260 lbs.
Riders under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Minimum age is 16 years in DC.
Segway riding is not recommended for pregnant women.
Segway tours are not recommended for anyone over the age of 70.
All riders are required to undertake supervised training by a compay representative and will be required to wear safety headgear while on the segway.
Riders are responsible for all damage to equipment and will be required to pay damage fees as assessed by a company manager
Riders will be required to sign a waiver of liability.
