After a 35-40 minute fun training on how to safely operate the Segway, you'll explore the Sausalito waterfront with a fully narrated tour. Tours are limited to ten riders and ages 12 and up over 100 lbs (45 kilos) are welcome
Your guide, while knowledgeable of local history and tourist information, is an experienced Segway trainer that will assist you throughout the Tiour with your segway riding techniques and provide you with various Segway skills.
For those chilly and foggy days we have warm jackets and fuzzy gloves for all guests.

Sausalito Waterfront Segway Tour - Terms and Conditions:
Reservations require a full deposit via Credit Card. Please bring your voucher with you. Deposits are fully refundable if the reservation is canceled 3 days -72 hours or more prior to the scheduled tour. We have a limited amount of Segways . No Shows are charged in full. The deposit WILL NOT be refunded for any reason within 72 hours of your scheduled tour. A signed liability waiver is required prior to your tour departure.
Company reserves the right to change the size or routing of the tour to meet demands for that specific day. San Francisco is famous for the fog! Tours run fog, light rain or shine. Company suggests bringing multiple layers of warm clothing for any San Francisco activity. Summer afternoon temperatures can be in the 50's. It can be very windy in San Francisco along the bay. Rain gear is available for those infrequent rainy days. Segways are designed to run in any weather. If seasonal fog or weather obscures the view, tour routes may be altered. You will not be charged if we cancel a tour.
Riders must:
Be age 12 and up over 100 lbs (45 kilos). Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by
a parent or guardian. (If you are concerned about mobility issues
please call us to discuss. We want every rider to have a safe tour.)
We require 6 guests to run the Sausalito Tour. Individual reservations will be combined into groups of 6 as needed.
Pregnant guests are not allowed on the tour.
Be able to easily and quickly step on and off the Segway without assistance, which requires physical abilities similar to climbing and descending stairs without any assistance or use of a handrail. You will be standing for 2 hours.
Weigh between 100 and 250 pounds (45 to 113 kilos)
Wear the helmet and safety vest that is provided with the tour.
Not wear flip-flops, open-toe sandals, or high heels.
Complete the Segway rider training and test ride.
Respect road signs, pedestrians, bikes and cars for a safe enjoyable ride.
Riders are responsible for all damage to equipment and will be required to pay damage fees as assessed by a company manager
Riders will be required to sign a waiver of liability.
Routes in Sausalito are mainly on designated bike lanes and trails. These bike lanes are adjacent to city streets. We are in a busy city and will be in some high traffic areas. Each Segway has a radio so the guide can advise you to upcoming changes in the route. Similar to a bike ride you will have to be aware of your surroundings and traffic.
