Please note Segways are not suitable for persons weighing over 260lbs or pregnant women.
San Diego Gaslamp District Segway Tour - Terms and Conditions:
Cancellation must be made 7 days prior to tour date and a $10.00 per person cancellation fee will be applied. Cancellation received within 7 days of your tour date are non-refundable. Should the tour operator cancel the tour - a full refund will be issued.
Company reserves the right to cancel any tour due to weather or other unforseen circumstances. A full refund will be available if company cancels the tour.
A minimum of two participants is required to conduct a tour.
Company reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who, in the opinion of a company representative, is incapable or unable to safely ride a segway.
Segway riders must weigh less than 260 lbs.
All riders MUST be 12 years of age.
Riders under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Segway riding is not recommended for pregnant women.
Segway tours are not recommended for anyone over the age of 70.
All riders are required to undertake supervised training by a compay representative and will be required to wear safety headgear while on the segway.
Riders are responsible for all damage to equipment and will be required to pay damage fees as assessed by a company manager
Riders will be required to sign a waiver of liability.
