TERMS AND CONDITONS:
Your credit card will be charged the total amount of products and services selected at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Cards. A confirmation Voucher will be sent to you via email. Please bring your voucher with you. Deposits are fully refundable if the reservation is canceled 72 hours prior to the scheduled tour. Tours cancelled within 72 Hours are Non-Refundable. No Shows are charged in full. A signed liability waiver is required prior to your tour departure.
Company reserves the right to change the size or routing of the tour to meet demands for that specific day. Tours run fog, light rain or shine. Company suggests bringing dressing appropriately for weather condtions. Segways are designed to run in any weather. If seasonal fog or bad weather obscures the view, tour routes may be altered. You will not be charged if we cancel a tour.
RIDERS MUST:
Be age 10 and between 100 - 260lbs (45 to 115 kilos). Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Riders will be required to sign a waiver of liability. Individauls under 18yrs must have parent or guardian sign consent form.
Be able to easily and quickly step on and off the Segway without assistance, which requires physical abilities similar to climbing and descending stairs without any assistance or use of a handrail. You will be standing for the entire length of the tour.
Respect road signs, pedestrians, bikes and cars for a safe enjoyable ride.
Wear the helmet and safety vest that is provided with the tour. Complete the Segway rider training and test ride. Flip-flops, open-toe sandals, or high heels are not to be worn for this tour.
Pregnant Women are not allowed on the tour for safety reason.
Riders are responsible for all damage to equipment and will be required to pay damage fees as assessed by a company manager

We loved our Segway tour of Boston, so we may have had heightened expectations when undertook the Beverly Hills Segway tour. There just aren't as many interesting sights in Beverly Hills, I guess, and nowhere near the history. Boston's tour also spoiled us as we were all given earpieces and could hear the guide's narration as we rode. In Beverly Hills, we had to stop and gather around the guide at different points of interest to "get the story". Don't look for long blocks of Hollywood star's homes, just a quick stop at Dean Martin's & Marilyn Monroe's. The real thrill on the tour is cruising down ultra chic Rodeo Drive.
