Frankfurt Germany Segway Tour - Terms and Conditions:

Notification of Cancellation is required at least 24 hours in advance of your tour. Cancellations received within 24 hours of your tour need to be re-scheduled to avoid a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total charge. Cancellation less than 2 hours prior to tour, no shows or cancellations at the start of/during the safari will be charged the full fee.

Company reserves the right to cancel any tour due to weather or other unforseen circumstances. A full refund will be available if company cancels the tour.

A minimum of two participants is required to conduct a tour.

Company reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who, in the opinion of a company representative, is incapable or unable to safely ride a segway.

Segway riders must weigh less than 260 lbs.

All riders MUST be 16 years of age.

Riders under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Segway riding is not recommended for pregnant women.

Segway tours are not recommended for anyone over the age of 70.

All riders are required to undertake supervised training by a compay representative and will be required to wear safety headgear while on the segway.

Riders are responsible for all damage to equipment and will be required to pay damage fees as assessed by a company manager

Riders will be required to sign a waiver of liability.

NOTE: Local company phone number(s), email address, tour start address infomation along with detailed instructions will be provided on your confirmation voucher.

Cash Payment Due On Arrival Information: Please note that your credit card will NOT be charged when you make your reservation. Your credit card will be used to gurantee your reservation. Payment in cash Euros will be collected by your guide upon arrival on the day of your tour. The company does not accept credit cards for tour payment. Your credit card will be charged in case of a no show or cancellation fee.
